Consultation & Brief


We define your ideal car together—model, trim, spec, mileage/age, usage, and budget. We also discuss part-exchange and finance if required.

Search & Shortlist


We canvass our network and live market to identify the strongest candidates. You’ll receive a clear shortlist with photos, key spec highlights, known options, service history notes, and our recommendation.

Due Diligence & Verification


Before any commitment, we complete comprehensive checks (see “What we check” below). Where appropriate, we perform physical inspections, diagnostic scans, and a road test.

Negotiation & Securing The Vehicle


We negotiate on your behalf to achieve the best overall value. Once approved, we secure the car and arrange all paperwork. If finance is required, we coordinate this for a hassle free process.

Preparation & Enhancement


Your vehicle goes through our in-house Preparation Centre: multi-point mechanical inspection, any remedial work, professional detailing, and optional PPF/ceramic. Bodywork is completed in our insurance-accredited bodyshop.

Handover


Collect from us or choose fully insured home delivery*. You’ll receive a complete handover pack with all relevant documents, keys, and service records.

Finance & Part-Exchange (Optional)

  • We work with a panel of specialist lenders to arrange HP or PCP tailored to your needs*.

  • Part-exchange welcome: we’ll provide a transparent valuation based on live market data, condition, and history.

  • All documentation handled by us for a smooth, single-point process.

    • HPI Report: outstanding finance, write-off/theft markers, plate changes, VIN/VRM match

    • Ownership & History: previous keepers, usage patterns, provenance review

    • Mileage & MOT: National Mileage Register, MOT history trends and advisories

    • Service Records: schedule adherence, main-dealer/specialist stamps, invoices

    • Specification & Options: factory options verified against VIN/build data

    • Mechanical Assessment: road test, diagnostic scan, fluid leaks, noises, clutch/gearbox behaviour, cooling/brakes/steering/suspension performance

    • Wear & Tear: tyres (brand/tread/age), brakes, battery health (including EV SOH where accessible)

    • Body & Paint: panel alignment, paint depth readings, corrosion/previous repair assessment

    • Recalls & Campaigns: manufacturer actions checked and evidenced

    • V5C, service book/invoices, MOT certificate(s)

    • Two keys (where supplied by vendor/manufacturer)

    • HPI certificate and inspection summary

    • Warranty/finance documentation (if applicable)

    • Personal walkthrough of features and controls

    Yes - our fee reflects the depth of search, due dilligence required and knowlegde required to source a reliable example

    Can you find off-market or rare specs?


    Often, yes. Our network and proactive approach mean’s we frequently secure vehicles before they’re publicly advertised.

    Will you advise against a car?


    Absolutely. If a vehicle doesn’t meet our standards or represent good value, we’ll explain why and recommend alternatives.

    Can you arrange delivery?


    Yes - nationwide, fully insured delivery can be arranged to your home or workplace.
